We have our driveway widened and had new pavers put in.
When we began to see problems with our driveway pavers separating (4 months after they were installed), Matthew was reluctant to return calls and eventually told us he wouldn't fix the driveway b/c of the plumbing work that we had done beforehand. Matthew had complete knowledge of this work before he started and neglected to tell us that it would affect the way the pavers settled. Unbelievably, he offered to give us a competitive quote to repair it. THIS WAS 4 MONTHS AFTER IT HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Unfortunately, it was a huge learning experience.

- Company Response
It would be of great benefit to know who wrote this review so the issue could be properly addressed. However, as stated in this review the client had a pre-existing condition where plumbing work had been done by ANOTHER company who did not properly compact the soil, likely from four feet or more under the work area (from what I understand). If we were informed about the pre-existing soil conditions, I assure you it would have been suggested the client put off doing work on top of such soil conditions AND they would have been informed of the probable sinking. After all, what is the sense in compromising 18 years of good business practices and reputation for one potential problem?
