Everyone I worked with was amazing. I would give them a higher rating if I could. The 2-man moving team was super quick and I would definitely hire them again for a move in a heartbeat. It was a last-minute move that made the experience even more stressful but Trans Moving Toronto really came through and helped us complete the move on time in a very professional manner. I cannot thank you guys highly enough!

Booking was a breeze. They sent out 3 men and a truck for my move across the city. The movers were professional and polite, they moved all my belongings from my old apartment to my new one in a very efficient and timely manner. Not only did it take them over 12 hours after pickup to arrive at the destination, there was NO communication whatsoever throughout the day to let me know what time they would arrive. We had to wait all day for them to finally show up at 11 pm, which would have been fine had they let us know, but every time I called I was told they would be arriving “soon”. When they got to my house, they damaged my massage chair and the movers even admitted they did not wrap it correctly. They told us to send an image of the damage to Yuri (the owner) explaining the situation, as he mentioned in the initial quote that it included insurance up to $25,000. He never responded to my messages or calls and we never heard from him again. Avoid this company at all costs.
