I'm very pleased about the service I got from John. He is very knowledgeable and professional. During inspection, he showed me everything and shared his view freely which helped me in my decision making. He is very friendly and dependable. I'll strongly recommend John for any house inspection.

John was very knowlegdable and kept us informed throughout the inspection. It was overall a very pleasant and professional interaction. I would not hesitate hiring him again and would recommend anyone get a home inspection regardless if you are selling/buying a house or not.

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about our new purchase but John took great care in explaining and walking through the home we ended up purchasing in Dec 2013. We've now been in the house almost a year and we've had no surprises.

John performed a wonderful job for this first time home buyer. He answered any questions I had and always used terms a computer guy like myself could easily understand. He was also a wealth of information providing lots of information and providing an accurate picture of what would need to be done to the home immediately or what could be put off until a bit later.

I received my full report the same day the inspection was done filled with extensive and helpful notes, and although I have not had to follow up, I was assured I could call with questions any time.
