I worked with GTA Moving earlier this year to move into our new condo and was completely impressed with their level of service, detail and overall kindness and welcoming from all staff I interacted with.

Alex was terrific in the planning stages as we adjusted our moving day due to a changing occupancy date, offered a fair and reasonable and quote quickly after our initial phone conversation and was always prompt to reply to my calls and emails after that.

The movers who did the actual move arrived promptly at the time scheduled, were always pleasant and cheerful, mindful of our belongings and worked incredibly hard during a move with some un-expected challenges. They made a difficult day much easier to deal with.

I have used other moving companies in the past, none would come close to comparing to the superior experience I had with GTA Moving. I will recommend them to everybody I hear who is looking for movers and not hesitate to call them again should we move in the future.

Get the quote in an email, don't trust the estimate given on phone.
They will try to trick you to sign a blank credit card payment slip before starting the work. Don't! the moment you sign, you would be at their mercy.

Alex justified the charges saying the rate given earlier was for every half an hour not per hour while one of his mover justified it as per person. Plus he also charged me an extra 4% for using credit card without mentioning in the quote.

Also, be prepared with your own tools if needed, they turned up just with a dolly in a U-haul truck. A lot of time was wasted because to this.

We used GTA Moving Services for our move recently. I did a lot research before hiring this company. Their rates were among the most affordable among the dozens of quotes I received.

Moving into a condo is never an easy task as you have to deal with navigating the building, elevator, etc. To add to that, we experienced hurricane-like weather with downpour and high winds upon unloading. Needless to say, both movers did their best to get the move completed given the circumstances.

They were courteous, fast and efficient. Every time one of them made a trip up or down the stairs, their hands were always full. Fragile items were wrapped carefully with wrapping and blankets. The use of their wardrobe boxes was included for free! All of our belongings were placed according to our instruction and nothing was damaged.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Do Not Hire. Furniture majorly damaged, glass broken, no moving blankets or bins, 4% Visa Fee, lots of very bad attitude, no knowledge of how to move, & did not offer any compensation upon hearing of damages.

Alex, your guys were fantastic. Thank you so much. They were very polite and fast and all of my items are intact with no damage. Thank you for your help. You and your men made the moving process stress free. I appreciate it as I have small children and it was easier than I expected.

GTA Moving Services helped my girl friend and I move from Toronto to Niagara Falls. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner. The entire move itself only took about 4 hours which included moving EVERYTHING out of our condo, onto the truck, drive it to Niagara and unload! Only taking 2 movers to move our heavy and bulky furniture, I was incredibly impressed to say the least. I would highly recommend GTA moving Services for any type of move whether small or large, far or near!

Three words come to mind for reviewing GTA Moving Services: Professional, Courteous, Reasonable. I recently used GTA Moving Services for a move with one pick up location and two drop off locations. The two gentlemen sent were more than accommodating, they worked extremely hard, and were more professional than any other company used. Nothing was damaged, everything packed neatly, and the move from point A to B and C went off without a hitch. I sourced three other moving companies - GTA came out with the best price - and from my multiple moves in Toronto over the years - came with the best outcome.
