Canadian Tire

Came out Very satisfied with their sales team. Customer service and returns is a little slow when it comes to handling situations and returns. They seem to work much slower than the rest of the team. Besides the returns department the rest of the operations at Canadian tire are very good.

A well run store with helpful employees who seem to have almost memorized the layout, floor plan and inventory. The Customer Service staff are energetic and smile through the toughest challenges.

we just moved into a new place with a great patio space. We needed a whole new outdoor furniture set. The canadian tire employee was very knowledgable about the quality and care of the outdoor furniture they had in store.

Friendly bunch of employees, but directed me to the wrong section of psi machines. There was a section that included mini psi machines, such as ones used for cars, and the psi washers. I had to myself, walk around in hunt for the ones i was looking for.

I ordered a new energy effecient toilet online and requested installation. I am very happy with the service provided by Canadian Tire staff. The installer was on time and did the work quickly. He did not leave a mess and was very quick.

They sell a larg selection of products, however, some products break fast, maybe within 90 days or few days past 90 days. In most cases the customer service is fine, but there are one or two mid-aged white ladys at the customers service desk behaved quite bad to me, by throwing me bad faces and questioning about my shopping.

I needed a propane tank for a bbq I was having in my backyard. I wanted to exchange my old one which was empty for a new one. After I had done this transaction I had to wait for several minutes for the clerk to open and show where they stored the new tanks. When he had arrived he told me that they were out of propane tanks and that I should refund my money. I just felt they could have told before making the purchase.

Recently I bought 3 bike from Canadian Tire, this was our first time purchase for these bikes, these were not bike for pros of course, but better than a entry level mountain bike on 29" wheels. First of all we purchased on sale prices so it is real a good deal, plus they are so comfortable. They are Aluminium base and very lights, we are very happy that we got quality bikes from Canadian Tires.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received on my last visit. The customer service staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products.

I have decided to redo some furniture in my house. I selected several paint chips and brought them home to see which coordinated best. I chose my color and returned to the store with the desired color chip. I gave the chip to the clerk he mixed it, tested it and it was really off. So they tried color matching and it was still way off. After having several people look at the color I decided more white needed to be added so that is what they did and it came out perfect. I was very pleased with the service I received especially for such a small order. The clerks were courteous and helpfull and did everything they could to make sure I walked out of the store happy!!!
