we had Kim scheduled between 10:30 and 12 P.M. , as always Kim was on time and didn't waste any to get the job started.
The Minisplit needed service and as always Kim did an excellent job in cleaning ,checking the refrigerant and testing for efficiency.
Kim is highly recommened by us.

Kim and William were here within the guaranteed time to take a look at our older heat pump which wasn't working at all since yesterday. They quickly determined that it was a defective wire and repaired the wire and made sure that was the only problem.

We have used Link Climate Care since recommendations from neighbours and find them to be quick and efficient. They always arrive within the quoted time period. The staff are pleasant and helpful and thoroughly explain any required repairs.

Shocked! I have been a customer for over 40 years now. We purchased a maintenance plan for 2018. The maintenance was done in Jan. 22, 2019. We purchased a new maintenance plan again, this time for 2019. In Jan. of this year I called to ask when the maintenance would be done. I was advised that they are trying to change maintenance calls to a less busy time of year.
However. Jan. 28th was the date agreed to for our 2019 maintenance.
My furnace quit working on Jan. 26/20 and I had to call for service.
Apparently, it quit due to a dirty filter. Taking care of the filter is part of the maintenance plan. Shortly thereafter I received an Invoice in the amount of $100.57 for the service call. Had my furnace been maintained according to the terms of our agreement I wouldn't have needed service.
I was told this is my fault. Very disappointed!

We have had Link Climate Care service our Geothermal furnace for about 21 years now. We have always been very happy with their work and their professional staff! We just recently had Mike do the yearly maintenance check on our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We pay a reasonable monthly Insurance for our furnace which I highly recommend! (also covers a yearly maintenance check). Really gives us peace of mind to know that our heating and air conditioning/water heater is being taken care of by a Professional company that is just a call away in case of an emergency.

I contacted Climate Care in my area to have my fireplace fixed
I ended up getting Steve
He tore my fireplace total apart and put it back together and running like new
He is coming back to look at my electric furnace were another company told me i needed a new one
Will update you on the results

We had our fireplace inspected by our previous propane supplier (Value Propane) and were told it was a chimney problem-most likely a blockage and not allowing the proper air exchange. It was mid January with lots of snow on our new metal roof - so we decided to wait for better weather to have it repaired. We had to pay for this diagnosis even though we did not have the work done-we did not want the repair man falling off our roof. Thank goodness we did as it was not the chimney at all - it was an air circulation problem at the pilot light. Kyle was thorough and knowledgeable- our fireplace was repaired quickly and professionally. Thank you Link Climate Care.
