we had Kim scheduled between 10:30 and 12 P.M. , as always Kim was on time and didn't waste any to get the job started. The Minisplit needed service and as always Kim did an excellent job in cleaning ,checking the refrigerant and testing for efficiency. Kim is highly recommened by us. Thanks Kim
