Naiad Irrigation sent out irrigation system winterization reminders to homeowners where they had previously done service or installed the system. Having recently moved into the house, it was good reminder for me to get this done before the winter freeze up.
The online appointment booking system worked quite well, and the payment arrangement was also quite easy. The day of the service I received an email summarizing the work done and identifying one area where the irrigation line had a leak and would need repair. All the work was done as per the quote.

I have since signed up with this company for snow removal based not he positive experience with the irrigation system maintenance.
