Great builder with good quality. I regret selling the house.
Good Build quality and components including materials they use.
Good upgrades that are standard (most builders would charge you a ton for the standard the SVH has as standard) but additional upgrades are very expensive.
I would buy their house again.
Good price builder.

Bought a new house from Summit View. Took 2 yrs to build. 8 months since living there and we still don't have proper stairs to the front of our house. Their solution is a safety hazard. Same goes for others on the street. Who knows when landscaping will come. The people who work in the office are extremely rude! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER.

if it doesn't come with the house don't get it with the builder. We did and what a big mistake. It started with a big white box with the insert and we had paid for the marble and no marble. They had the guys from the company come over and they made there measurements and guess what none of the casing of marble don't fit..of course not. They where pushing us to get a wooden one and we had to pay for that which i didn't wont from the beginning. So to make a long long story short after speaking with my lawyer they had to give us the money back with no interest and no apologize. The sad part is now i hate this house for so many reasons. NEVER AGAIN. This has to stop the builder are taking the money and running. they have everyone on there side. and we have no one. This needs to stop.

Great looking shell with a horrible interior. This builder should not be purchased from. We are so disappointed and unfortunately we will be selling and putting this horrible house on someone else.

We purchased our home from Summit View. It took 2.5 years for the landscaping to be completed with lots of prompting from the community. Concerns to the builder were not addressed in a timely manner. Upon purchase we noticed that there was zero insulation in the attic, and had to alert them of this proble. Overall we will not buy from this builder again. The community is finally coming along nicely after 3 years since ground broke.
