I just got home to my completed backsplash. WOW - It looks great! The whole experience with Simon and his teams was nothing but stellar. Simon kept me informed every step of the way with follow up throughout the days - certainly puts customers first. Anytime I had a question for him, he answered promptly! What fabulous workmanship from Mo, Zo and Hussein. They are super professional, and super hard workers....they did an amazing job! I love the floors! Better than excellent! Simon returned my call very promptly, I loved the home call and being able to chose my floor in the comfort of my own home without having to drive around and get frustrated and confused, the 2 bedrooms were completed in one day, carpets were removed and disposed of, the installers did beautiful work and all condo requirements were adhered to and even surpassed. Simon is very knowledgeable, very personable and a pleasure to work with. And all this at a very reasonable price - thank you, Simon!
