Better than excellent! Simon returned my call very promptly, I loved the home call and being able to chose my floor in the comfort of my own home without having to drive around and get frustrated and confused, the 2 bedrooms were completed in one day, carpets were removed and disposed of, the installers did beautiful work and all condo requirements were adhered to and even surpassed. Simon is very knowledgeable, very personable and a pleasure to work with. And all this at a very reasonable price - thank you, Simon!
