We had this company re-style our front and back yards with new pavers, retaining walls, and driveway. They did a very nice job, but part of the job included three "feature stones." Not sure where they got these stones, but they began to spall and flake, and have continued to do so. We tried to reach the company to see if a solution could be found, but have been ghosted.
After sending an email and getting no reply, I managed to speak to one of the owners, who said they'd come by and look at the rocks, and I emailed him some photos, but they never followed up. I honestly thought they'd gone out of business, but was assured they had not.
Additionally, we had them clad the cement front porch, but this has caused calcium stains on the brick. I don't think they knew this would happen, but we never even had the chance to let them know about it because they won't follow up with us.
We're not asking them to fix everything for free. I'd be willing to absorb some of the costs of the fix, but they've never even given us a chance. Now we need to find a new company to repair the mistakes this company made. Very disappointed, because in every other regard we were quite satisfied with the work.
