Doug Butson was very helpful and took his time taking me along with him during his inspection and pointing things out to me as we went, explaining what hazards/issues he was looking for. Overall it was very informative and I especially appreciated the detail put into the written report as well as the supplemental information, maintenance checklist, cost estimators, utility trackers, etc.. And it came in a handy binder for quick reference in the future. I am very pleased with the service I got.

We booked a home inspection and the process was smooth and painless. The inspector took his time and was very thorough. We received the report right away.
We had a few follow-up questions and the inspector got back quickly and addressed all our concerns.

I got my money back from them, which was all I could get back. They missed many basic things that required thousands of dollars to fix after I purchased my home. I would not reccomend them.

I bought an older large home (21 years) and needed to know what I was up against. Steve was excellent. Very very detailed and a nice report to follow. He gave easy suggestions to fix some items to code. He also took pictures of the bat droppings in the attic and explained it wasn't severe but gave suggestions on how to rectify this problem. All the appliances were aged and he felt they would need replacing soon. Turns out they did. Every one of them!! Even the furnace. But he did warn me. He also did a Wett inspection for the fireplace. He came back after I did a small adjustment to follow code and he gave me my certificate for the insurance company. He did not charge me for the second visit. I am recommending him now for my parents.
