My experience is with their Whitevale division in Ajax.
Very unorganised, very flakey. My advise is use them maybe if you want a weekly maintenance or something light. If it's spring cleaning, post-reno, moving in or out - don't go with them, you're going to waste your money. There's a lot of other reputable companies out there.
My experience...
Never having used a cleaning service, I went with Molly Made purely because of the brand recognition. Who hasn't seen their cars driving around? That was a horrible mistake.
We did minor renovations (replaced hardwood, smoothed the popcorn ceiling, painted all the walls). We needed a post-reno clean up before we moved in. My husband and I both work overtime, and didn't want to spend all our free time cleaning and not with out kid. It sounded like a good investment.
Wrong.
Over the phone, I stipulated that this would be a post-reno clean up. I specified that all areas had to be cleans. Every part of the washrooms, kitchen (in cupboards, oven, fridge, windows and window sells, etc) because of the reno dust. My in laws were at our house to monitor the progress.
3 women showed up late. Low and behold every hour I got a call. They're refusing to do the oven. They're all doing different areas but aren't coordinating and missed the upstairs bathroom. They're refusing cleaning the windows and sells. They didn't clean the walk in closets. they missed the nursery room entirely. The blinds weren't cleaned (remember - post reno dust from sawing hardwood and tile). Several areas my inlaws had to go over with them to be cleaned. They'd make excuses like, "this wasn't my area it was hers. no it was hers. no i thought it was" etc etc. I was on the phone and heard it all. Needless to say I had to take a day off work - lose MY pay two fold, one by paying them and one by losing pay taking a couple days off work to re-clean.
I called their office (WHITEVALE) and who every that divisions owner or manager is basically said, we dont wash windows because if its dirty on the outside, whats the point? ....post reno dust. Also, she said no you'd have to spray the oven over night. I asked her why she didn't tell me about this when I called days ago to book them. She said I never did. People - listen to me - I dont have time to waste. Everything I do goes down on paper. I am the Queen of lists, and you better believe I went through each thing I needed cleaned and took any notes given when I was booking them. THEY on the other hand provided no invoice of service, no breakdown of service, nothing. It was better just to cut my losses and move on with my life.
I never thought any "cleaning company" would mess up cleaning out a completely empty house, but they did.
