Molly Maid

I love Molly maid!! I live in Richmond Hill and they are the only cleaning service I use. Over Christmas I had Maria and Megan who did an excellent job!
My house is always spotless and smells wonderful when they’re done! I would highly recommend Molly Maid.

This review is very over due I've been receiving bi weekly cleaning from Molly Maid for over a year now and words can not truly describe how they impress me each and every time they clean for me and the owner Sherry is truly a super star at her job and always sends me the best team to clean my home in a timely manner and so efficient with attention to detail . I highly recommend you call Sherry and her team of professionals to help with your cleaning needs

The worst experience of my life. The worst people to deal with. Sherry the owner is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. She sent her daughter(meghan)over for cleaning she did a horrendous job. When she was asked to properly clean some areas she flipped out and started becoming verbally abusive towards my wife. The amazing part is that they accused us of being verbally abusive. I guess that's their method of getting out of a job. After doing a horrible job they wanted the full payment which we are going to fight. Sherry didnt even bother to come in to check out the job done for proper assessment. Apparently we are sent the collections. Too many pictures to choose from their horrible job that cost us $100/hour. We offered them still $200 but they demanded the whole amount. AVOID THEM.

The cleaners arrived on schedule and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently, finishing sooner than they estimated initially and thus costing me less than initially estimated, which suited me fine :)
