John Goldsworthy and co-worker came over yesterday to assess tankless water heater problem.
They were professional, efficient and knowledgable
They diagnosed the problem but did not go further as they did not want to void warranty. Very much appreciated.
Would highly recommend this team to others.

We backed up one night and there was sewage all around one of the pipes in the floor. So we called mr.rooter and they sent Patrick over. He put a camera in the drain and found the issue was a problem with the pipe right near the basement wall. He gave use our options, I wanted to never experience a back up again so I asked for the dig option. Patrick did the job himself and worked his bum off, strong boy he is. The job was done in six hours and we are very happy, it's nice that Mr. Rooter looks after us older folk :)

It was great that the company took care of everything for me. I had options, and am happy with the service I received. They came out quickly after I called and had the service done fast.
I am sure I will need the service again in years to come, and won't hesitate to use them again.

These guys did an okay job. Nothing spectaicular, but they fixed the problem. Weren't very fast or efficient (took too long to do what they needed to do (most of that time was 'wasted' on incorrectly diagnosing the problem) - so be prepared to use up a whole day whie they mess around on a 1 hour job.

Somehow, our bathroom sink rusted out around the drain, resulting in a huge mess underneath. I called Mr. Rooter, who was able to come the next day. He was prompt, polite, clean (ran mats between the front door & the bathroom upstairs) and had everything removed/replaced in a very timely manner. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!

I asked Mr. Rooter to come to a home a I property manage in London, ON. They arrived on time, were pleasant and fixed the pipe. In this case, the pipe had a clog and was not allowing water to flow to the basement bathroom. The problem was in a part of the pipe near an exterior wall. A small portion of the wall was removed, the pipe was fixed and the wall was restored. They left a very small opening in the exterior wall however. During a night that reached below minus 20 Celsius (common in London) the cold air blowing on the pipe from the small hole caused the pipe to freeze, expand, BURST and flood the basement, which was filled with the electronic and sentimental valuables of my tenant. Never again will I use this company.
