It was not a plumbing issue it was a leak from under the glass door
So he was able to isolate that issue

E Vaillancourt Plumbing was responsive from the beginning -- starting with the process of requesting a quote, having the technicians come in to quote, booking the work, and having the work completed. Mark was the main technician who carried out the quote and then completed the work. Mark is honest, friendly, and efficient. There was open communication the entire time and as a new home owner, Mark answered questions I had about my home's plumbing and taught me a few things about the materials and state of my home that I would not have thought to consider. We have an older home and Mark noticed a few areas needing repair, both ASAP and "eventual" repairs, while completing the quoted work. There was never a sense of sales pressure, just information, and when I asked how we could book in some of the additional repairs Mark and his helper were able to get it done with a quick visit the following morning. I will absolutely refer E Vaillancourt to friends and family, and will be going to them again for any future plumbing needs!

I needed to re-run main floor bathroom drains (very poorly) installed by the builder in order to finish my basement. Vaillancourt was extremely professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, provided a detailed quote, then came back and completed the work as scheduled. All of the staff were friendly, and Mark, the plumber, was knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced. He was able to provide an explanation of the situation instantly. Out of the 4 companies I contacted, Vaillancourt was by far the best. I've already recommended them to friends.

A 'small' drip in our main water valve was becoming worse. Since we'd need to call a plumber, we decided to also address a toilet not flushing properly and replace a faucet.

Before calling Vaillancourt, we had called a competitor company. The other company wanted to replace the whole toilet and who knows what else--they didn't give straight answers--and their quote was for 7.5 times more than what I ended up paying Vaillancourt!!

Obviously, we got a second opinion, and discovered that Vaillancourt communicates clearly and honestly. The toilet just needed a fairly quick fix, and as I said, they did quality work at a fraction of what the other place quoted.

We had a pipe burst in our basement over the cold snap last week. I called E. Vaillancourt for help and Patsy was very pleased to have someone come ASAP. it was just after the snow storm. Shane was there the next morning and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue in 45 minutes. Thanks so such guys for you service !!!
