I needed to re-run main floor bathroom drains (very poorly) installed by the builder in order to finish my basement. Vaillancourt was extremely professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. They showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, provided a detailed quote, then came back and completed the work as scheduled. All of the staff were friendly, and Mark, the plumber, was knowledgeable, efficient, and experienced. He was able to provide an explanation of the situation instantly. Out of the 4 companies I contacted, Vaillancourt was by far the best. I've already recommended them to friends.

I have high standards, and from start to finish, Turnbull Roofing met them. I contacted the top rated roofers on Homestars, but Turnbull was best able to provide specific answers and the rationale for what they quoted in comparison to the others. In addition, they were extremely patient and professional as I finalized my decision on colour. I never felt as though I was just another customer. I truly felt as though Turnbull wanted to do what was best for me and provide the best possible service. Their personalized approach to the job was greatly appreciated. The new roof looks great, and I've already recommended Turnbull to friends and neighbours. Thanks Turnbull for the great job!
