Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

My water heater stopped working and I called a plumber but they did not return my call. Called Vaillancourt and spoke with Crystal. Crystal was very friendly and informative. Crystal told me she would check with a plumber to see when they could come to my home. Crystal kept to her word and called me back the same day. Crystal called me the day of my appt. to let me know the plumber could come earlier if I would like that. I told her it was fine as I was home all day. Trevor showed up to access the situation and let me know the cost. I gave him the ok. Trevor went to get the parts and picked up a helper and got stuck in. Trevor and his partner cleaned up all garbage. I would call Vaillancourt again if I needed a plumber.

The sump pump was not working properly, and we had to do it by hand
daily.

This was the third time we’ve used this plumbing company. They have been great. They show up on time, explain what needs to be done, the parts needed, the cost, and how long the work will take. I will definitely use them in the future.

Our finished basement flooded due to a crazy clog in the trap leading to the sewer. This happened after the big March rainfall.
We noticed the flood just before midnight. The insurance adjustor showed up within the hour, but he said the plumbing needed to be addressed by us and before they could start their recovery work.
We called E. Valliancourt Plumbing (we don't know who to call for plumbing, but we've seen their trucks on the roads in Durham) and two techs, Paul & Chris, showed up early the next morning. We had a few inches of water by then. They worked for hours in water to break through concrete (yes - concrete) and pool balls that were stuck in our trap without having to break up the floor around the drain (which would have taken longer and cost us a lot more). This got the recovery team working quickly to help minimize the damage to lots of irreplaceable family treasures.
Paul & Chris did a great job and we were pleased with the quick response, quick resolution and professional service.

We were so impressed that we asked them to come back and send a camera down the drain to make sure we weren't in for any other nasty surprises after we refinish the basement - again. Paul & Stan showed up when promised and I saw the good news myself - it's all clear.

I would highly recommend this company as they provided very prompt ,efficient thorough service when I I had an emergency issue that required immediate attention. I originally had one person come and confirm they would be back the next day but did not follow up or advise they could not make it to take care of the issue and they stepped up and did it and explained very thoroughly the problem which was a complete contrast to what we were advised and a major difference in price. I truly appreciate your honesty and follow up to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

Recently needed some work done around my tub, including removing all the old tile and drywall, and installing new fixtures. Vaillancourt was very pleasant to deal with while setting up the appointment, the work was done in a timely manner and everything was left very tidy. I especially appreciated that Mark and his helper were very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to determine the best way to go with this project. Will definitely hire them again, should the need arise.

I didn’t know who to call. I saw ads for E. Vaillancourt plumbing and thought I would give them a try. I’m glad I did. Chris came in and found the problem with the toilet and fixed it within 30 minutes. The job was cleaned up - nothing for me to do. Chris was professional, friendly and courteous.

I will definitely be using them for any future issues.

The 2 repairmen came in the morning to repair an old dripping tape. After removing the parts it was obvious we needed a new tape. We decided to purchase a new one ourselves and call back for their return. They came back later that very day and completed the work with our selected tape. Really friendly very capable workers. Very pleased with the service and will definitely call Vaillancourt plumbing for any future repairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a leak in our main water line very close to the out portal of our water softener and they were very accommodating at getting out the same day. The tech was very good with soldering that close to the plastic water softener parts and the person booking the appointment extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely call them back and recommend them to friends

Sink drain rusted out. Small job but.....
The lady who took my call (sorry don't remember her name) was so nice and helpful.
Trevor, the plumber arrived on time. Quickly completed the repair and within the hour had also fixed my outside tap.
