I called Vaillancourt Plumbing after reading other reviews on Homestars and upon doing so I was greeted by Paty who is truly dedicated to customer service. Wonderfully polite and courteous. I explained the issues I had with a leaky drain pipe and she accommodated my schedule which was a very specific date and time. Will most definitely call them again when I need a plumbing service. I am so impressed with this company. We had a plumber in already who charged us $400 and didnt fix anything and we had the city in and they said they couldnt find the access point so they left. Right from calling the office she was so kind and had so much information. They were booked solid but squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. When the gentleman came in he was polite and very resourceful and got the job done. No mess. Thank you so much for all that you do to help out, much appreciated:)

Bathroom shower temperature control was not making hot or cold adjustment. Called Vaillancourt Plumbing. They sent out a plumber the next morning. He arrived on time, was very personable, professional. He went out of his way to find the replacement parts for a 20 + year old unit. Excellent work, I would call them again without hesitation.

We were experiencing a leak from our 2nd floor bathroom into our kitchen below. The leak was not from an obvious source. Our plumber Trevor was awesome! He carefully evaluated and diagnosed the trouble, and was able to determine that the problem was a compromised tub surround. Trevor expertly caulked the problem areas to stop the leak, and buy us some time before we reno the bathroom. The office staff and Trevor were courteous and professional.

I had recently replaced a new vanity top and faucet but quickly realized that the sink drain did not line up to the drain underneath. After looking at very good reviews, I contacted Vaillancourt Plumbing. The Receptionist was pleasant, courteous and professional. I was booked for an appointment the next day. The Technician, Shane W, texted me with his arrival time and also provided me a pic of his face prior.
From his arrival until completion of the job, he also was friendly, courteous and professional. I was very pleased with his workmanship and the cost to complete it. I certainly will call this company in the future. K. R.
