The tradesmen and contractors got all the jobs done at the right time, thanks to the management that was on top of them the whole time.

Every single person that was working for 32 MIles was very professional. They took their time to speak to me, and went out of their way to make my life easier during the renovations. They have a pretty large team of people managing the company, as I was constantly speaking to different people, but they all knew what was going on. I did not have to have the same conversations back and forth. I would definitely recommend. They will get the job done on the deadline, and it will be quality.

This is a general contractor (one person not a company) who is using cheap trades. The trades he is using are not experienced, neither licensed nor insured. He is pushing to get most of the money at the early stages of the work and cashes your cheques immediately. After getting the money he disappears and does not respond to your calls and emails. In the middle of the work he stops the work, makes up out of contract invoices and pushes you to pay. At the end of the day he will deliver the lowest quality of work and charges you for highest quality of work. You will end up in court with this person. Stay away from him.
