MD Pest Control

we have been using M.D.pest control at our facility for over 4 1/2 years & we've been more than happy with their service!!! anytime we've had any issues, they have come come the same day or first thing the next day. they have been very thorough & have always taken care of our concerns we've had as well as any problem with pests!! I WOULD HIGHLY REC COMMEND THEM!!

M.D. Pest Control had already been helping my semi-detached neighbors deal with a rat problem. It seemed that the problem was shared (the rat or rats were passing between the walls) and so we decided to hire them to try to solve the problem from both sides of the same building. My neighbors had already paid them $200, but it seemed that we could guarantee the problem would be dealt with if we got involved as well. So we wrote M. D. Pest Control a check for $200. The guy that was here the first time and who took my check was very friendly, BUT I NEVER SAW M.D. PEST CONTROL AGAIN! I called a few times to check in and they were very friendly, laughed a lot, BUT NEVER SHOWED THEIR FACES AGAIN! They told me from the beginning that they would come back in a week or 2 to check on the poison bait trap they put under my back porch. They said if they come by when we're not here that they would leave a card in the mailbox. FUNNY, THEY NEVER LEFT A CARD IN MY MAILBOX! I called at 3 weeks after the initial visit and the person I talked to said he'd call me back. He did, but had the nerve to tell me that they had been by 2 times already (NEITHER TIME DID THEY LEAVE A CARD SO I HAVE NO PROOF OF THIS!) And wouldn't you think that if it's their policy to leave a card for visits when the home owner is away, that they certainly wouldn't have forgotten to leave a card BOTH times? Now to make matters worse, they came by to pick up their bait trap when I wasn't home again and didn't even have the decency to leave a card to say thanks for using M.D. Pest Control, or 'we stopped by and picked up our trap.' I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF THEY EVEN FINISHED THE JOB, THE COMMUNICATION WAS NON-EXISTENT, NO COURTESY, NO FOLLOW UP, NOTHING. IN NO WAY WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I am thoroughly frustrated and feel like they took our money and ran!

When we learned we had a mouse problem we went online to find exterminators. In the morning we called a few places and chose MD pest control because of their guarantee and process. Price wise they were comparable to the others but what made me choose them was that were the only ones that stood by their work and guaranteed it. Also, if they found any holes that could be a point of entry, not only would they identify them but they will plug them too. Turns out our issue was coming from our neighbour so we had to call Mark back a few times and each time he and his workers were responsive, friendly and accommodating. I hope I never have an issue again that requires an exterminator, but I would contact Mark in a heartbeat.

Excellent friendly service, we had tried everything, they don't use chemicals and guarantee no mice for one year. They were everywhere in my Moms house destroying everything. They search the home for possible entryways and block them all.
