Kodiak Snow blowing Inc

Was thoroughly impressed at Kodiak over the last two years. Whether there is a lot of snow or a little bit, they regularly come before any other contractors on the street. VERY happy.

I believe that Kodiak is the best Snow Blowing Company. I would recommend the company to anyone in the area that Kodiak serves, over any of its' competitors. Kodiak closely tracks the weather conditions, and follows up as soon as possible when the City plows have passed and blocked the bottoms of the driveways. Would not think of switching to a different company.

Been with Kodiak several years and am very impressed with them. During big storms they usually come during the middle of the storm and then again after the city plows come along. Over many years I've only got caught once in between the city plow and Kodiak, so had to shovel a car width of the snowbank out to leave for work on time, but it was done when I got home. Never had any problems with the driveway being scratched (like competitors seem to have problems with). Kodiak knows their business and do it well.
Their fall BBQ for customers is a nice touch.

Great service, always arrived. Peter does a great job. Very thorough. They have a map that you can see where your tracker is and any concerns were handled immediately. Take pride in their service. I've been with them seven years.

I have been a Capital Snowblowing customer for years but last year was not at all happy with their service. On several occasions after significant snow didn't show up until later in morning causing to miss my appointments. Worse, when I asked to speak several times to the owner to sort it out, was ignored. I would rate this company as a 10. Kodiak has cleaned my driveway for several years, the service is always prompt and thorough. The drivers are great, friendly and polite. Staff in the office are easy to work with and respond to requests quickly. Any issues (which have been few) have been resolved immediately. I highly recommend Kodiak as a service provider both for snow removal and lawn care.

I'm writing the review so that I can $20 off from the service. Good service, quick respond, always has someone to pick up the phone, good gps tracking. highly recommended.

I have been a customer for 10 years (at least) and have never had any issue with the snow removal services provided by Kodiak. My laneway is always cleared promptly which helps to make our long winters a little less stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend Kodiak to my friends and neighbours.

I've been a loyal customer of Kodiak, since they've arrived in Ottawa. Year after year, they've always provided very prompt service after each snowfall, and always followed up on any special request I may have had. They're very personable to deal with. The drivers are always willing to stop by and say hello and ensure they're providing great service. Any issues or follow-up with the office is handled with a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Kodiak and will continue to be a loyal customer.

We have used this service for the past 3 winters, and are extremely satisfied. The snow is removed at regular intervals during heavy snowstorms so we can always get out, and also after the city plow goes by. The operators are careful and take time to do a good job so that there's very little left for us to shovel. Snow blowing is much more efficient and neat than snow plowing, which can cause issues for neighbours. Definitely worth the cost per winter.
