I would rate this company as a 10. Kodiak has cleaned my driveway for several years, the service is always prompt and thorough. The drivers are great, friendly and polite. Staff in the office are easy to work with and respond to requests quickly. Any issues (which have been few) have been resolved immediately. I highly recommend Kodiak as a service provider both for snow removal and lawn care.
