Company Response

Hi Grace, for starters you hired a Paving company to pave your driveway , not to Waterproof your house. You were well aware of our initial conversation at our first site visit that we cannot correct water leakage issues that you already had. I advised you to call a waterproofing contractor to assess your problem first and you declined because of the cost factor. For the record we cannot remedy water leaks in foundations, we are strickly a paving company. I don't understand why you are complaining of a problem which you already had. Your driveway is graded correctly and I recall showing your husband on completion how well the water run off was away from the building. Keep in mind that a unhappy customer on completion of any type of job will be hesitant to pay for a job improperly done, at least this is what Iam told by other Trades people. My advice to you is get a waterproofing contractor in to address your issues and put this problem to rest once and for all.

In conclusion learn to build water dam as this company has no clue about proper grading or .... simply don't care.
