Homestead Maid Service

We have been a client for over two years and have nothing but good things to say about Sandra and Sherline. Both have been very flexible during the ever-changing situation with the pandemic and with the demands of our jobs and children. Sherline always ensures that our home is cleaned as if it were her own. It's always nice and such a relief to come home knowing that everything will be spotless and well cared for! We are going to miss Sherline terribly when we move out of their service area!

The housekeepers are flexible and do what I need done within 4 hours. They use your own products so you can avoid chemicals if you want. After many years of using this service, I have found the housekeepers to be friendly, cheery and efficient. I don't hesitate to have them in my home and am always satisfied with the results.

I have worked with Homestead Maid for several years at my house and then condo having cleaning done on a bi-weekly basis. I have a wonderful cleaning lady - Monique and I count the days until she arrives every 2 weeks! I have worked with a few of the cleaning staff at Homestead Maid and all have been very good. The company is extremely reliable. If a cleaning lady has to cancel, Homestead will send someone in their place. They are extremely accommodating if I need to change my cleaning schedule. They even call me the night before to remind me of cleaning! Susan (who works at head office) is very organized and lovely to deal with. Homestead Maid's cleaning staff are very trustworthy and professional.

I had a great experience with Homestead Maid Service. After looking into a number of different cleaning services in Toronto, this one seemed to be the most affordable and offer the most flexibility and service. I called on a Monday to schedule monthly cleaning services and they were able to schedule a person to come in only two days later. The cleaner did a fantastic job and will be using them again. She even did our laundry, which is a huge plus for me. Would definitely recommend.

When rooms in my house needed cleaning Homestead Maid sent very good maids to my house 5 or 6 times during the past 18 months. Each maid new better than I did how to properly clean rooms in my house. It was always so pleasant to look at my clean house after the maids had left. I plan to continue to use Homestead maids when rooms in my house need cleaning.
