I would highly recommend Hilain home inspections. I have used Darryl in three separate occasions and I was happy each time.
Darryl is very thorough in the inspection and is very informative as he explains what he is looking for and what he fins. He also informs you of all the general maintenance items throughout the home.
Darryl now provides a Homebinder database for the your home where you can save your home information such as model numbers of your appliances and the data base will inform you of recalls. The data base will also remind you to change filters and batteries etc.

Darryl Johns, our inspector, was recommended from our real estate agent, Sheila Fennel. He arrived promptly, and as he went through the inspection, he took his time, we accompanied him, and he answered questions on-the-spot in laymen's terms. he was extremely thorough and the report at the end was emailed to us in extreme detail. He included pictures of things that need to be addressed, and made recommendations as well as estimated costs of repair for each item and timeline it needs to be repaired. I would definitely use his services again and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly hope he continues in the business.
