Once they were paid in full they lost interest in the job. They were hired to return four times. I had to make repeated calls to their answering service (Their office doesn't answer the phone) before someone showed up the third time. I don't know how they expect to get repeat business.

I had a tech come to my home to assess my backyard for rodents. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and put my mind at ease.

I contacted E-Safe to help deal with wildlife on my property. From the beginning they were so responsive. I called on a Thursday and they were prepared to make a visit on a Saturday. This wasn't a rush job, I don't believe people should be working on a weekend unless it's an emergency, so I took their first available appointment the following week. The technician arrived in the quoted time period. Hasnain was terrific in explaining things he observed and offered areas of improvement to help me proactively manage wildlife on my property in the future. I had parked on the street to allow the technician the ability to park in my driveway, and I ended up getting a parking ticket. I had asked Qudrat the owner to send me an email to indicate the window of time that the service call took place so that I could dispute the ticket (basically asked for proof). Qudrat paid my parking ticket saying, "as you were doing a good deed by facilitating someone". How incredibly kind! He didn't have to do this at all. It's a perfect example of the type of thing a caring company would do for a customer. Qudrat is the owner and I would say that this is a five star company and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Qudrat!
