Jensen Windows

We have had Jensen do work for us before...new windows and so we went back to them for an new exterior door on the front of the house. It matches very well the colour of the windows. They put it in with no fuss or muss and it has functioned very well. Well worth buying local.

Jensen Windows replaced all my original wooden basement windows with much care and attention. Even the interior wood trim was finished with much attention to detail. When compared to my neighbours new basement windows, Jenson's workmanship and quality was superior. Highly recommend them! - HW

I had Jensen come and give us a quote and also got others. They were not really the lowest but it is a local firm to Dundas and they were very close. They did a great job and others on our street have used them as well.

I would like to record my great satisfaction with the windows I have received from this company. The installers arrived on time and swiftly and professional put the windows in. I also appreciated the input of the sale rep who suggested changing the colour of the wndow surround to match the rest of the house. She was absolutely right. The biggest bonus is how easy they are to clean. I had to struggle with the old ones. I really appreciated the sales rep coming by the next week to see if I was happy with the windows--I still am.

About 10 years ago, we had Jensen Windows in to replace our "builder quality" windows in the dining room and living room. We were so happy with their windows, that we decided to get them in again.
This time we had all the windows replaced on the second floor. The windows were installed in no time at all. The guys were very professional and set about their work right away. At the end of the job, they proceeded to clean up all the debris from the installation.
Since I have had consistently excellent service from Jensen Windows, I recommend them to anyone I know who needs windows.

I recently had Jensen Windows install numerous windows and 2 doors. I was impressed with the time the representative took with me to review the numerous window options. They installed the windows on the dates scheduled for installation. The installers were pleasant, hard-working and respectful. The windows look great and the house is now so much warmer. 10+. I highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in ordering windows and doors from them again.

I am currently sitting in front of my Jensen living room window. This window is of such low quality and so badly installed that I will have to plastic over it for winter. The window is no better insulting than the original old window. Jensen has been back many times to repair this faulty product from cracking in the frame to outright replacement of actual panes. When they screwed the locks into the frame (the windows are built without locks) they screwed right through the frame and screw tips caught the seal every time I opened and closed the window.
We had to pay extra for a crappy, tiny sill that most companies would include a better version of standard.
The work was sloppy and the product quality lousy. I deeply regret using Jensen especially after having another company install other windows and demonstrate what competent workers and quality products are like. If I listed everything that went wrong with the installation and window I would be writing a short story.
Avoid Jensen Windows at all cost.

We got an estimate that seemed a bit high, but upon shopping around found that it was the best deal by far. Windows arrived quickly and were replaced in one day, with minimal disruption and mess. All mess was cleaned up fully and we are thrilled with the product and workmanship.

The window sales lady came out very quickly. Trustworthy, left alone in house, cleaned up after. It took a long time for them to come back to put the lock on the door. Overall they did a pretty good job.
