We recently contacted Captain Electric after researching electricians on Homestar. We wanted to update several of our light switches throughout the home. We sent a request on a Saturday through their website and they contacted us on Monday morning. We were hoping to get the same day service as advertised on their website, but were informed they were extremely busy that week and the next available appointment wasn’t until that Friday between 8-10am.
We were called by 8:15 am to confirm the electrician would be here by 9:00 am. Kevin and Cody were very professional and friendly. We discussed what was to be completed and they went through the pricing and gave us a quote before the work was started. They changed 13 light switches within two hours and confirmed all was in working order before payment was made. Overall, we are very impressed with Captain Electric. We also appreciated the advice from Dave on our initial call on Saturday to discuss our concerns. We would highly recommend Captain Electric.
