Their technician Jake thoroughly went over my fireplace and found the problem and solved it. They were willing to work on the fireplace even though they don’t generally have parts for this type of fireplace. Everything works now and the price was fair.

We had them in to clean out our furnace and perform some general maintenance on it before the winter. They looked at our filters and provided some good recommendations on the type of filters we should be using to get the best results as the ones we were currently using were not very effective. We were able to get a service plan from them that covered maintenance throughout the year.
