Todd Smith is a true professional. He is kind, polite, respectful, has a easy manner, extremely tidy and conscientious. He took pride in his work. The final outcome was excellent quality workmanship. Todd explained everything that he was going to do. He took video of the ducts and gave us an idea how bad it was. I deeply appreciate the effort that Todd put in. I know it was challenging. I highly recommend Todd and his company
