As a custom home builder of 30 years I deal with a lot of trades.
Today’s appointment with Western windows was one of the more unprofessional appointments I’ve had in a long while.
I will not be calling them back anytime soon and don’t suggest that you do either!

Great service and fair price. I was kept up to date about the progress of my project. The installers came on time and the work was excellent.

We had Western Windows Inc change out 21 windows, two sliding doors for French Doors and an old Cedar Front Door for an insulated Euro Style door. Western Windows Inc has an exceptional produce reducing outside noise, improving heat retention and adds to the appearance of the house. The sales agent we dealt with the delivery staff and the installers were very polite, clean and professional. With Western Windows Inc you do not have to worry about problems in the future and their installation processes are very good. They do not do the usual "kick out the window and slap in the new one" that you see too often from their competitors. Western Windows Inc does a thorough waterproof installation would recommend highly.
