Kimberley Homes

I am in the planning stages of building a custom estate home and have been searching for the right builder. Kimberly had been recommended to us, however when we went to the showhome/sales center in the Ravines the individual who was recommended to us was very short and not interested in helping us at all! I would not recommend visiting if you are looking for any help at all!

Kimberley Homes and their constuction manager (Ryan) and their Services Manager (Brian) on our house did a wonderful job. During the selection process our initial sales lady was wonderful and patient. This was my first house and I was a little nervous! Being as they do custom as well, changes to the floor plan where a breeze. They told us what was structurally possible and what was not. They were able to give us suggestions during this as well. They got our house done in 9 months! We had a home inspection done and the inspector said at the end that they did such a wonderful job that next time, he will tell the home owner not to bother! During the first year that is almost up, we have had very little occur with the house. I nail pop and the edge of carpet coming up. They responded promptly (one call or e-mail to them )and came out and fixed it while the house is under warrenty. I have repeatedly recommended this builder to everyone that I know that is building. I have heard that building is supposed to be more stressful than it was. Nothing of the horror stories that have happened with other builders happened with us. Thank you, Ryan, Brian and the crew of Kimberley Homes for our beautiful home and wonderful experience.
