I recently moved into a new home built by Kimberley Homes and am really pleased with the process and result. I love my new home. Kimberley has been fantastic to work throughout - from my first visit to their show home, through the contract, and the whole build and possession process and now with after sales service. They were straightforward, thorough, responsive and above all - did exactly what they said they were going to do. During the build process April kept me informed about progress and status and was very responsive about any questions I had - great customer service! They delivered a beautiful new home - top quality throughout. Their staff and site manager (Chad) have an eye for detail and ensured that there were only very minor deficiencies on possession with arrangements in place to take care of those. The house was absolutely move in ready and spotless. I was nervous about doing a new build, as have many friends who have built with other companies over the years - and never been completely satisfied with a range of problems with the builders. Kimberley is in another league. I had no issues, problems or concerns. I did hire my own independent home inspector to be another set of eyes on the project for me - but even he did not find any problems and was also impressed with Kimberley's staff and quality product. I would highly recommend Kimberley.

Kimberley Homes is an amazing builder! When deciding on a new house we wanted to ensure that we were picking a builder that was reputable as we had an awful experience with another company. Kimberley made everything easy from purchase to service. Their quality and attention to detail is the most impressive aspects that we truly enjoy about our home. I do and continue to recommend Kimberley to all my family and friends without hesitation. I’m looking forward to our next house that we build with Kimberley.

After seeing a really nice show home by this builder we decided to inquire about building with them. When we discussed our preferences and price range, it turns out they had a spec home that was just about ready to go that met our needs. At first I was reluctant to buy a home where colour or design selections were already set, but in the end it was beautifully done. We had validation about this by so many friends who loved it and some even asked who the builder was. Some of the things we really like about this home is that it has an open feel, lots of windows, and is creative and functional without losing any elegance. The posession process was refreshing (and on time!!) compared to our previous experience. Dean was quick to respond to any concerns we had, and actually identified a few imperfections that weren't to their company's standard that my husband and I probably would have ignored. I think this company takes pride in both their product and service and provides excellent quality for the price. I would recommend them to others. We love our house and don't want to move yet but would definitely build with the same company again.

We have now been in our Kimberley Home for over 4 years and we are still in love with our home. When we were first deciding to build, I had some hesitation as we had some challenges with our previous builder but once we sat down with the people at Kimberley, they made me feel at ease. They guided us step by step through the design process to help us build our dream custom home. The attention to detail, their willingness to suggestion and overall excellent customer service are all reasons why I do not hestitate to recommend building with Kimberley to my friends and family.

I can not put into words what an amazing experience the team at Kimberley provided my wife and I. We had been through 2 awful builds with other companies before and were reluctant to build again. However, from the moment we set foot in Kimberley's showhome we were treated so well and that level of service and commitment to excellence did not end, even now, after living in our home over a year. If you are looking to build a new home in Edmonton, in our view, Kimberley is the only builder to visit. Trust us when we say, the experience will not disappoint you.

The entire process was smooth and any concerns we had were addressed promptly and in a professional manner.
