Speare's Electric

We recently purchased an older home in the GTA and it had some K&T wiring that needed replacement.

I was recommended Spears electrical by another electrician who didn't want the job.

He arrived to quote the job and I instantly felt he understood the house and the problem. He was happy to talk details when needed which is essential for me.

I am amazed at how he replaced the old K&T with absolutely minimal invasion to the house. He left virtually no mess behind and the damage to the house was simple to repair.

He was thorough in the work yet pragmatic when I requested that perhaps some jobs be postponed.

So far so good and I cannot recommend him enough. His prices are reasonable and in no way did I feel that I overpaid.

Dan began with the creation of a detailed work description. During the job, which lasted two weeks, Dan showed himself to be an outstanding, knowledgeable and creative electrician. He provided me with many options and ideas. He also used only the best electrical materials and, upon job completion, provided me with a directory of the breaker panel.

In summary, I also highly recommend Dan and plan on using him for all my future electrical work.
