Justin from Nusite came to evaluate solutions after some water damage in my basement. He suggested a few affordable solutions, but given that we wanted to improve the living space of the basement, we decided to go for underpinning instead of simply waterproofing. Justin helped us find an architect, a structural engineer and a general contractor to take the project some start to finish. They also handled scheduling city inspections as well as the engineer inspections that I hired. We were given estimates about how long the project would take and given delays during the job to organize different trades outside of their control, I think the task was completed reasonably close to the time estimate. The actual contract price was significantly higher than the initial price estimate once we had an actual architect and engineer plan, especially after we discovered a hidden cold room.
As the project went on, whenever there were issues, Justin, Grant, Karel and his team were all quick to rectify.
Their friendly and professional attitude throughout the project was greatly appreciated. I would certainly hire them again.
