Jerry (NWG) was the amazing agent that serviced the furnace. He arrived sooner than expected which was great as the house was cold . We assume the heat went off around 11 pm. Calling Reliance the call was handled efficiently with accuracy. Jerry arrived went to work and isolated the problem and had it fixed in no time and explained exactly what he did. this is the second service call we have experienced from Reliance and I am extremely satisfied with everything connected with this company.
