Reliance Yanch Home Comfort Barrie

Thermostat was not working, air-conditioner and furnace were not working, none! Worry about so much where the problem is from, weather was so humid and dog can't bear it. Badly was, The temperature will be down to 9/5 on Sunday!!! We need both A/C and furnace working, please!
Called Reliance service on Friday evening, fortunately we've got awesome expert technician Ian Tellier's help from with Reliance Yanch on Saturday noon, professional and precision inspection, he made A/C, furnace were working temperately, recommended to replace control board for stable working. He ordered the part and advise when the part is supposed to be delivered, how can we do next for replacement. In fact, every step was following as his saying, amazing! Tuesday evening, Ian Tellier came again to replace, to be honest we can see it's a tough job and he's hard working, so many wires, narrow working space, a lot of challenge......we really want to help him but no idea how to. Finally he made it ! A quick, efficient and super fantastic job!
Every time before Ian came, called me how long he would arrive, that helps me to have enough time to leave my dog in somewhere to avoid interrupting. Ian is very patient and passionate, always provide helpful advice......He deserves all positive feedback words.
