Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They gave very useful suggestions and were able to answer all of my questions. My project was done without much problem and within my budget.

The only place we managed to find a couple of lighting fixtures that we liked in the lower price range after shopping at many lighting stores in the area. Good service when you can find a sales staff on the floor since they are all pretty knowledgeable. Not always the cheapest, but if they don't carry the product elsewhere, then this is a good place to go. Good return/exchange policy too.

The lighting in the store could be a bit brighter. After several visits to make various purchases for home repairs/renos,I found the experiences vary a lot depending on who you deal with. Some were very knowledgable and were willing to share what they know,; others did not appear to want to help. Prices are "ok". Comparable to Home Depot, but you would really have to do your research.

My husband and I were looking for mosaic glass tiles for our powder room and were surprised to see that Rona had a great selection. Their prices were reasonable and the staff was really helpful.
