We recently had the pleasure of working with The Home Improvement People for a complete bathroom renovation, and we cannot express how thankful we are for their exceptional service and quality workmanship. The crew, led by Slev as site foreperson, Raphael as the jack of all trades, Igor as the tiling master, and the plumber (cant remember his name) the lead pipe whisperer, were simply fantastic. They were all so friendly and courteous, making sure to say hello and goodbye every day. They were always respectful of our decisions and kept us informed throughout the renovation process. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail, from demolition to fine finishing, and how they took great care to keep the work area clean and tidy at all times.

Igor's tile layout, leveling, and cutting skills were exceptional, and he was able to tackle even the trickiest areas with ease. Raphael was a true jack of all trades, handling everything from installing the water proofing board of the shower to the final touches like painting and trim. Slev's attention to detail was unparalleled, and he made sure every aspect of the renovation was done to perfection. The plumber was also fantastic, ensuring that all the plumbing work was done correctly and efficiently, he had no issue effortlessly replacing the lead pipe from our toilet to the stack.

We were so grateful that there were no surprises when it came to the final bill, as The Home Improvement People provided us with a detailed quote upfront, and any changes were discussed with us and documented in a signed change notice. This level of transparency gave us peace of mind and helped us avoid any unexpected costs.
