Avoid this guy at all costs. His crew renovated my balcony, and used punky wood under the flashing; I only noticed this after coming home unannounced from work mid-day to check their progress. They also left a gaping hole under the soffet, which is now occupied by rodents.

Be forewarned, this character and his crew will rip you off!

THEY ORDERED THE WRONG DOORS TO START WITH AFTER ALREADY DELAYING THE START DATE BY ABOUT 2 WEEKS, THEY DELAYED A WEEK BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3 DAYS TOOK 3 WEEKS. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF PUTTING THE BRICK BACK. THE GUY WAS HARD TO GET AHOLD OF. IT GOT DELAYED YET AGAIN BECAUSE THE TOP LOCK WAS NOT THERE. IN A NUTSHELL THEY MESSED UP WE HAD TO FINISH OUR OWN PLASTERING. IT ENDED UP TAKING 6 OR 7 WEEKS AND THE BRICK STILL ISNT FIXED AND THEY DID'T CLEAN ANYTHING UP.
