Restocking fee on unopened bath door!
The company (Drew) contacted me after they saw this review, and not just reimbursed the 140, but they apologized and recognized their mistake. I ended up buying more things from them for my renovations. Leaving the original post so people can see the full story. I can now recommend their services.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received after purchasing a bathtub with a sliding door for my bathroom renovation. When buying the item a few weeks ago, I explicitly asked about the return conditions and was told there would be no charges as long as the product was returned unopened and not installed. Contrary to this, when I returned the product in its original, unopened packaging because it didnt fit, I was unexpectedly charged a 15% fee. This was justified by the fine print, which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. This happened at the Port Coquitlam store, but it is a company wide policy. I am now unfairly out of pocket by $140 for an item that remains unused.

- $137.00
- Company Response
Hello Camilo,
You are correct, in this instance there should not have been a restocking charge, as the product was unopened. Please reach out to myself at the Port Coquitlam branch, as I would like to make this right for you.
