We had all new window and doors installed. Many problems with the patio door screens. They kept falling off. Many times service man came out to adjust. Finally Loren from VWD came and replaced the screen doors. This man was excellent. The only thing that has not been addressed yet is the weld on some of the windows. I sent pictures to CAPORE windows who I bought through whom sent to VWD. This has not been addressed yet.
