The folks at Pacific Home Comfort were awesome. Not only did they make time to help us out when the air conditioner we wanted wasn't available they arranged to get a better model for the same price. I wanted to wait before the summer to see how things worked out before I left a review and things couldn't have been more perfect. The unit was quiet and efficient my bill went down even though we were stuck inside all summer due to covid. Speaking of covid these guys were respectful of the rules masked up the whole time and left my house spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Baldwin and his associates did a great job with the upgrade. Attention to detail is what they do best. The installation took approximately 6 hours, that included running a new vent piping for the furnace and water heater, mounting the A/C Condenser to an exterior wall as requested. I was even helped with the return of my rental water heater. I would definitely recommend Baldwin to anyone in need of this type of service.

Thanks to Pacific Home Comfort Experts, I have a perfectly sized, brand new furnace, just in time for the onset of winter.

The installation crew arrived right on schedule, They took the necessary steps to protect my carpet and hardwood stairs leading to the basement before removing the old furnace and moving the new one downstairs.

The installation went without a hitch. The crew boss explained what was done and provided guidance on filters and maintenance in general. My furnace room was left in good condition.

So far, the new furnace is working well.

This is the third time that I have contracted the services of Pacific Home Comfort for my HVAC needs. The staff, including the front office and installation team were polite and professional as they have always been in the past. Each time that I have dealt with them, everything that was promised was delivered exactly as discussed. I am a very satisfied customer.

The phone support and turn-around time was terrific. Pacific Home Comfort secured inventory for an air conditioner during a busy heat-wave, and installed within my timelines. The installation went smoothly. Very courteous and informative. They left no mess, taught me new tips about my existing heating / cooling system, and, as a bonus, replaced a broken thermometre. I wanted to replace my furnace + air conditioner for awhile. The unit is mounted (11ft ceilings) and in an enclosure, so I knew it would be a tough job. Baldwin assessed the issue with the air conditioner and explained that it needed a new motor. He went out of his way to check that the motor had originally been registered and was under warranty. When Baldwin installed the new motor, he found other electrical issues that had to be fixed. He showed professionalism and extreme care and fixed the electrical issues.
