We recently moved into our new house and thought that the humidity would be fine in the winter time. Sadly we we're wrong as it has been really dry.

He was very prompt with his communication as well as arriving on time. He set proper expectations on install time (which he met) and also took time afterwards to run me through the operations of the unit.
