The manager glen made me feel very uncomfortable. He was very inappropriate. I hope the company sees this and does something about it, will not be shopping here till he is gone.

I ordered some pavers, which their on-line system said they had in stock. It is now 4 full weeks later, and I still don't have them. Why? No reason. Just apathy and incompetence, I guess. I will never order anything from them ever again.

Joanne at the paint desk was absolutely Amazing. She was so helpful and friendly. She made the beginning of our project a positive one. She's a keeper. You guys are lucky to have her.

Prompt and on time. I didnt oversee the installation so even though the medicine cabinet was a built-in, it was mounted on the wall.
Suggest that you check on the progress as it goes.

The staff in Rona's paint department were very professional & helpful in determining what paint finishes would suit my requirements. The Canadian Sico paint brand is excellent, especially the Cashmere & Chamois finishes. The staff was able to custom colour match the paint to perfectly suit my needs. I would definitely recommend Rona.

My wife and I were remodelling our kitchen and Rona had an amazing deals on cabinets which ended up saving us nearly $500 bucks. They had to order some in, but got them in the next day. Will be going back for any future renos

Last we built a deck at my sister's place. We got all our materials from Rona on Hunt Club. The service we received was very good. We had to make may trips to the store and everytime ppl were very helpful and always running to get us the stuff we needed.

Last year, we built a deck and we bought all our material from Rona. The people at Rona were very helpful. we made many trips to Rona for lumber, tools etc... we always got the great service.

As soon as I walked in I had someone ready to help.
They where knowledgeable and very helpful.
I would have spent 30 min. looking and with help I was out in 10 :)

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency on christamas eve day. Went to purchase a toilet with very specific dimesnions as it was to go into an older home where plumbing was not standard. Staff were not helpful and despite questioning the dimensions on the prticular toilet they receommended we were assurred that it would fit the specifications given. Got it home and it wouldn't even come close to fitting. Had to wait to return it as holidays interferred. Arranged with the store to pick it up but they never arrived. Ended up speaking with the master plummer who maintained that "it should have fit" despite the fact that it didn't. Not impressed with the knowledge of employees or help given.
