Water Filtration & Purification review in

Home needed a new hot water tank and Prima was the company sent to install the new unit. The installer called me 30min before install time to ask me to shut off the unit's water supply, gas and drain it. I knew how to do it but i'm sure the typical homeowner wouldn't. He probably said that so his day would be easier. Anyhow, it was done and everything was finished within an hour of him arriving. Wasn't a very sociable guy but I guess the work was done quickly and efficiently so that was all that mattered.
