Don called Friday after his plumber did not show, we had spoke on the weekend to confirm appointment for Monday,had made arrangements with the condo building with the maintenance person to shut the water off. Had to get materials for this job that had to be done today. Sent two of our qualified plumbers to get the plumbing done for a new laundry. Wall had to be cut open to allow access, job was completed and lowered the price for Don, i will take the professional approach, this job was a full days work that started on Friday with a service call booked confirmation on the weekend and work completed on Monday by two of our plumbers.
