Had my snow blower taken he was paid but didn't finish

I HIRED BRUCE to do work, I paid him half the money and that night my snow blower was taken and he didn't return. I have filed a complaint. I am not the only person. If you hire him hide your valuables.

He is an artist. His landscaping around our house just flows.
He is a master with rockery and he knows his greenery.
I highly recommend him, he is creative, adaptive to every situation, he is a master with his equipment.
We could not be happier, we interviewed and saw many other landscapers before we picked Bruce.
He showed us drawings of what he is proposing and personally picked every stone for our project.
